Your capital is secured by real property in senior position — whether first or second lien, every loan is fully collateralized with meaningful equity cushion. That's the protection that matters.

Loans are interest-only with 12-month terms (extensions available), keeping your capital working and your duration short. No long lock-ups. No fund-level opacity.
